What formal education do you have?
Tom Ready holds an Accounting Degree from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and Kathy Ready holds a Ph.D in Business from the University of Iowa.
What are your company characteristics?
Our companies were founded in Midwestern Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Our drivers and travel planners are chosen from good quality hard working people in the Midwest. They know how to meet and exceed customer requests and expectations. They have a strong work ethic and are in this business because they love it.
How do you design your tours?
At Ready Travel, we continually work on the design of our tours to maximize the experiences for the traveling customers. We work closely with food vendors so our meal choices are enjoyable and tasty.
The sites and exhibits we visit are chosen so a quality experience and educational theme is included in the visit.
What are your hours?
Since we are in the travel business and it is a 24/7 business you may contact us at any time.

Who owns Ready Travel and Logistics?
The company is owned by myself, Tom Ready, and my wife Kathy.
We are both experienced in traveling both the United States, Europe, China, South America and Africa.
We have over 30 years of extensive travel in many, many destinations.
What is your business experience?
- Tom and Kathy Ready owned and operated Ready Bus Line an affiliate of Ready Travel for 42 years
- We had 20 motorcoaches that travelled the entire United States and Canada
- We operated buses for 35 years on extended tours to Alaska, California, Eastern and Western Canada
- We have the personal experience of traveling to sites our customers want to experience
- Ready Bus Line had 125 employee working in the transportation business
What are your Travel Planning Characteristics?
At Ready Travel, we believe that the customer needs the best planned tour and many, many great memories to talk about for years to come when they return home. We do not short change our customers on the product. Our days are packed with activities each and every day. There is not budget planning in our tours to just get by. We continue to travel on our non-tour days to always look for new ideas and sites that our customers may enjoy or remember as a highlight of the tour.
